This was our second time staying at Orchard House and it was lovely as ever. In a perfect location, conveniently located for local shops and a short stroll down to the beautiful beach at Bembridge. The property is spacious, with plenty of living space and the open plan kitchen/dining room was perfect for our large family group. The children were spoilt for choice in terms of games equipment both inside and outside and the property is very well-equipped overall in terms of facilities, cooking equipment and a barbeque....

Lovely location with beautiful beach and walks nearby. Good shops in the village. The house is large, feels private and has a dog/ children secure garden. The garden is mature and attractive with fruit trees. Some updating needed which would really make the house more comfortable. ...

A lovely house in a fantastic location for both the village and further afield . The garden is even more amazing than the pictures and loved by humans and our miniature poodle. ( we couldn’t find any holes in the perimeter fence but one morning a local dog appeared on the lawn and must have got in through a gap.) We found the house to be well equipped and comfortable are only real complaint was very soft pillows and thick duvets but we solved that easily buying top sheets and pillows. The village can supply most needs, fantastic bakers , vegetable shop and well stocked Co-op. Tesco will deliver any other needs. We booked the cottage at the last minute but are eager to return next year as we really enjoyed our stay....
