We had a great holiday at East Gull Sands. The bedrooms were all very comfortable & the upstairs bedroom especially had a lovely view overlooking the Solent, which was very relaxing hearing the waves roll in. The lounge was very comfortable, plenty of space for us all to relax in & it was good to have a separate dining room too. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for a lovely time....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at East Gull Sands, which is perfectly located close to charming Seaview and a short walk to the idyllic Appley Beach, which is easily one of the best beaches on the island. The property itself was very well equipped, although a little dated and in need of a refresh in certain areas. We did notice some water damage to several internal walls and there was quite a strong smell of urine/sewage in the downstairs WC, which both need addressing. That said, we would happily stay here again as we love the area and we felt it was good value for the money....

Well equipped but soft furnishings were very tired and dining carpet was filthy. The beds were comfortable though and kitchen well equipped.

As ever, East Gull Sands is a lovely cottage to stay in, its location can't be bettered & the view from the upstairs bedroom is wonderful.
Always a pleasure to come & holiday in, so much so that I hope to move to the Island in the near future.

East Gull Sands is a lovely well equipped cottage with offsite parking & fabulous views across the Solent where there is always something to look at.
I think it has everything you would need whilst on holiday.
Can't wait to return.
