We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday week at Blackberries - a super place to stay in a lovely village. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was great and we all slept well. It was so nice having such close proximity to the sea front with a lovely pub, shops, etc. It was spotlessy clean and tidy and super well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Downstairs worked great for Badger, our young Border Collie, crated in the living area with super access to the enclosed back garden and some nice beach and park walks nearby. It was his first holiday and it certainly tired him out. Phew! We would certainly return, if coming back to the isle....

Blackberries was certainly home from home the kitchen was very well equipped fabulous with everything you can think of to make your stay easier. Family of five 4 adults & a child enough space for everyone two showers & toilets made getting ready a lot more easier & a lovely garden to sit outside with a cup of tea perfect for the dog as well. Great location for walking along the beach or sea front or just sitting outside the fort watching the world go by with a glass of wine. Can’t wait to come again ...

Great property in one of the best roads in Seaview. Lots of lovely walks on your doorstep and easy to get to the seafront. Very comfortable and peaceful house with 3 lovely bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and both showers worked brilliantly. Nice fully enclosed garden which gets the sun all day and completely safe for dogs. Ryde beach can be accessed from Seaview by a very pleasant walk along the beach when tide is out or only 10 minute drive into the town centre. The Old Fort public house is within 5 minutes walk and serves excellent meals and has outstanding views. The house can accommodate 6 people comfortably in both sitting room and dining area. I have been visiting the Island 3 or 4 times a year for the last 10 years and Blackberries is one of the best properties I have had the pleasure of staying in. Classic Cottage staff are exemplary and always willing to help with any queries or problems you may experience during your stay. ...
