We were very happy to return to Blackberries for our annual visit to the island. It is very comfortable, well equipped and located with only a short walk to get morning croissants from Lily’s, visits to the beaches and The Old Fort for an excellent supper. Worth having a Waitrose delivery on arrival and the village Community Shop has a good range of supplementary essentials . Also recommend Serendipity in Pier Road for a massage or reflexology with Emily....

Stayed for a week.Great location,secure garden for dogs,cleanliness top notch. Had issues with rosebushes around front and back door and overgrown lawns,but hopefully classic cottages will deal with this.

This property was booked specifically for its location which was perfect. We stayed out of season somewhat and Seaview village was very peaceful. I can imagine it gets much busier in the height of summer. The enclosed garden was lovely for our small dog. We found Blackberries had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others....
