Wonderful setting, spent lots of time watching the waves and people enjoying the beach. We visited end of November, used the Hot Tub every day and, despite some grey skies and drizzle, felt like we were in a warmer climate. Huge couch made it very comfortable to watch TV. Just perfect for a family holiday, accommodation excellent, views amazing.

Rockaway was perfect. So much so that whenever we left to explore nearby areas we ended up looking for somewhere to match our balcony in terms of views and comfort to enjoy a drink/food - we all agreed there wasn't anywhere that came close. The wine and scones were a lovely welcome gift too. The beach was a five-minute walk away and it was easy to rent bodyboards from the surf shop on the front. All in all it was great place to stay for a family break - we're already missing those amazing sunsets....

This property really did live up to the advert. The views were genuinely that good and we spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the bay from the balcony seating. The welcome pack of scones, cream, milk and wine was a nice touch. A clean and spacious open plan living and kitchen area, a large hot tub and wicked power showers ensured a wonderfully relaxing week....
