A lovely comfortable and well equipped property which is larger inside than the exterior photos seem to suggest. The views over the Bristol Channel towards the South Wales coast are stunning, so remember to take pair of binoculars with you to get the full experience of this wonderful location. The underfloor heating is very efficient, keeping the property warm at all times. The wifi is very slow and insecure. TV reception, when we were there in November, was perfectly adequate, but signals appeared to come from Wales at least 40 miles away, so could well be iffy at times. We did enjoy our week at the Linney which was well furnished and with fully equipped kitchen. In consideration of the price we paid for this particular property we considered it to have been over marketed by the rental company. For a property which in most respects was 5 star, we did not expect the TV and Unsecured broadband reception to be quite so poor (0.4mb/s absolute max) considering that the adjoining farmhouse had an apparent Superfast and Secured Broadband connection. In fairness to the owners they could have been given better advice regarding the type of broadband link to each of their rental properties....

It exceeded our expectations both with its location and fixtures and fittings. They had thought of everything we could have needed. Exceptional property. You will need transport to appreciate the area unless you are ok with walking and hills.
