The hut itself was absolutely stunning, really nicely furnished and such a cozy space to be in. The estate is so quiet and peaceful and it made for a great getaway.

James was an excellent host - friendly and welcoming. This is a very unique place to stay and we loved the shepherd's hut. We can't wait to come back! Rosie & Simon

Juniper at The Emerald was just lovely. Quiet and peaceful, in its own wooded area, perfect for relaxing. The pool is a great addition and booking system is simple and generous. A good base for exploring wider in Cornwall - and close enough to Carnon Downs Garden Centre to walk for breakfast..... We're seriously considering booking multiple properties at The Emerald for a family break in the near future. Well worth a visit. Our stay was just what we needed.

Had a fantastic weekend away, was soo lovely so stay at juniper, it’s comfy, cosy and cute! The site is a secret haven. My only comment would be that you have to drive everywhere food wise, but we were happy to do that and the food places we found in Falmouth (Gylly Beach Cafe and Hooked on the rocks) were incredible! The actual location where the site is is amazing, so peaceful and quiet and facilities were superb! I would highly recommend!

Very attentative hosts, lovely peaceful spot, amazing on-site facilities.

Our stay in Juniper was wonderful and everything we were hoping for. Joanna was an extremely accommodating host and looked after us very well. The grounds and facilities were great as well and it was all very organised following Covid guidelines. We would definitely recommend!

Staying in Juniper Hut was so much fun. The space itself made for an ideal 'glamping' type escape down in the beautiful Cornwall, and the facilities (the tennis court and the swimming pool, as well as the beautiful gardens on the grounds) meant that if you and your partner wanted to relax and have a 'night-in', away from the beach or the local pubs etc., then there was still plenty to do and enjoy.
Mr Holdsworth August 2016
A beautiful place, an unbelievably charming and well built hut, the warmest welcome and a holiday to treasure.
Miss Tipping February 2016
Very clean, well kept and unexpectedly modern (for example water pressure from taps showers was much better then previous holiday homes we've experienced) very impressed with the facilities inc a pool and tennis court. Overall an excellent trip!
