Not one of the best properties we have stayed in. In need of some TLC The kitchen was freezing. Its clear the owners have not invested in the property. Not one of classic cottages finest properties.

Shame the details of the property wasn’t up to date. It says it sleeps 4 but there was an extra bed and pictures are not new

Excellent location, right in the heart of Portscatho near the shop, harbour and pub. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

If you're looking for a property that is very close to all the amenities then you won't go wrong in booking Opal Cottage. If you have walking problems and can only walk to local amenities. This is ideal if you like to open the curtains and look out to see what the weather's going to do, you can see the sea the waves and you can determine if the days going to be a calm day or a bit rough by the sea waves crashing against the rocks....

Brilliant location in a perfect place, with great facilities in shop, ice cream parlour, great pub and coffee shop. The Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick and the Standard pub up the road in Gerrans are great for foodies.
