Lovely cozy cottage, clean throughout, garden perfectly enclosed for dogs, only downside, the location was down a single track lane, which is possible to scatch your car from the hedgerows as we found out.

Lovely accommodation, in a peaceful location, but close enough for a walk to Perran Sands beach (approx 30 minutes walk away). Perranporth a 5 minute drive away. Clean cottage with ample space for a family of 4 (kids aged 14 and 9). 14 year old loved the garden room. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend. ...

A great cottage in great location. Only 5 minutes from Perranporth beach. (Get there early to park near the beach)Very well equipped. Potential guests should note the stairs are steep, open tread and you need to mind your head. Getting large bags up and down could be tricky. Garden is safe and enclosed. The lanes around the cottage are very narrow so you need to take extra care. Spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ...

We’ve just spent a lovely week at Sunnyside Cottage. The enclosed garden was ideal for our Cocker spaniel. The main bedroom was lovely and the bed super comfy. Also a bonus having a TV in the bedroom. On arrival the cottage was clean and a lovely cream tea was waiting for us. Rose made an ideal location to explore Cornwall. We particularly liked the beaches at Crantock and Hollywell but make sure you get there early. ...

We stayed at Sunnyside cottage for a week in May, we had a fantastic time, it’s very easy to get about to explore Cornwall or there are walks directly from the cottage so you can have a break from driving. Bed was very comfy and the garden was great for our 2 dogs looking forward to coming back next year. ...
