Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is a very sweet room, perfect for children.

Bedroom 2 on the top floor has the option of a three foot bed. If not required, this makes for a wonderful chill out area. Please be careful of the sloping ceiling.
The double bedroom (Bedroom 2) has an en suite bathroom. Take care on the low ceilings as you enter the bedroom or bathroom.

Bedroom 3 on the lower floor is a well positioned twin room, close to the shower room that is shared with Bedroom 4.
The third bedroom is flooded with natural light.
The wet-room on the lower ground floor sits between bedroom 3 and 4.
Bedroom 4 is on the lower ground and benefits from its own patio-area. This room also has a single bed option and is situated next to a large shower-room.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed making it the perfect family room.
Step out of bedroom 4 on to your own private patio and outside shower for those warmer days. There are also steps up the the main decking area.

Wembury beach is a short stroll from the property, and what a treat is in store when you get there. A really family friendly, sandy beach.

A great day out at the beach is guaranteed, especially as the beach is right on your doorstep. Pack a picnic and head off for the day. If you don't fancy the walk, there is a car park only metres away.

The parking-area in front of the cottage has space for up to three cars. Take care with small children as there is a drop on one side.
Wembury Beach has an excellent little cafe for a warming hot chocolate after a dip in the sea.
Head along the coast path to Heybrook Bay the scenery is simply fabulous.

The south coast is home to some stunning beaches.

Great cottage, very clean, good condition and finish. Amazing sea view from master bed and lounge and outdoor deck. Near a small beach which is walkable and has a national trust car park and small cafe. Near lots of nice areas but traffic in summer can be slow...! Good dog walks. Overall very nice....

Everything was high spec we found nothing to detract from what was expected. We had a marvellous time at Mewstone view it was very comfortable and relaxing. It had everything that we needed to make it a perfect holiday.

Having spent a week at this property , we found that it did not come up to a satisfactory standard. general maintenance was poor. some sinks were partly blocked with drainage smells shower waste was partly blocked causing flooding over the floor shower spray head was broken toaster was not working correctly kitchen extractor was not working correctly The BBQ was not cleaned which caused a serious fat fire and risk to health. Classic cottages were informed of these issues but although sympathetic to my complaints I feel that they were just looking after the property owners interests and not willing to get involved reach a satisfactory response from them. The property owners did not accept that the BBQ fire was caused by a fat fire and lack of maintenance which clearly it was. I will not be using Classic Cottages again, as their holiday client I would have expected to be treated a little more fairly with greater respect which in this instance I was not. ...

We have obviously corresponded quite extensively about your experience of using the barbecue and the fire that you reported to us. We appreciate you also now letting us know about the points of maintenance that you identified and can confirm that these have been addressed. We can appreciate how distressing it was for the barbecue to have caught fire, but as previously discussed we did conduct a full investigation of the circumstances surrounding the incident, as the health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to both the owners and Classic Cottages.
