Sea Cottage is in a unique position with direct access to the beach and the Tarka Cycle Trail, with the local cricket club and access track to the cottage on the other side of the Cottage.
Walk down into the town and catch the ferry over to Appledore.
Instow's sandy beach is wonderful at low and high tide.
Sea Cottage is tucked away in the sand dunes to the left of this photograph of Instow.
The passenger ferry will take you from Appledore to Instow during the summer months.
The Instow Cricket Club is a stone's throw from the cottage. This must be the best location to watch a summer match!
Woolacombe is one of many stunning north coast beaches.
This is the seemingly endless beach at nearby Saunton Sands.
Charming Clovelly is a short car journey away.

The location of this accommodation was great-having the cycle path, coastal path, beach and village on the doorstep was great. Instow was a lovely quiet village yet had amenities. This end of the village appears to have some night-time issues with youngsters making noise, and this affected our final night, making it difficult to sleep. The accommodation itself is getting tired, but the garden and location more than make up for that. ...

Felt like a happy little home not a holiday let. Well designed spaces for all my needs and loved the personal touches. Couldnt reach the top cupboards or heating control but a small step/stool would fix that issue. Access to beaches and Tarka Trail couldnt be better than this little cottage. I will definitely come again....
