We had a wonderful week in this house, which is perfect for a multigenerational family. The location would be hard to beat, with the beach just down the road and shops and pubs in easy walking distance. Plus the views from the house are incredible. We will be back! ...

Superb large house with fabulous views from the front deck and front bedrooms. Plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen/living areas. We had fantastic weather and were able to make full use of the comfortable furniture outside on the deck, spending lots of time watching the coasteering groups on the headland and the dolphins out to sea. We were worried Port Isaac would be very touristy at half term but it turned out to be a lovely village with plenty of coffee/fish & chips/pub and restaurant opportunities. We were lucky enough to find the Fishermans Friends singalong outside the pub in the harbour on the Friday evening. A magical place to spend a big group holiday. ...

This was a great house for our multi generational family group to celebrate an 80th birthday, with bathrooms for everyone and lots of downstairs space. It is very well equipped with a huge amount of crockery and cooking equipment so very easy with a large group. As described, the 6th bedroom is hidden away and quirky, our 13 year old in the group loved it!! The views are stunning and we often sat out the front to take advantage of the sea views. The location is fantastic being an easy walk downhill to Port Isaac harbour or Port Gaverne , even with kayaks and paddle boards. We went in May half term and parked 2 cars at the rear of the property and one car along the very quiet lane in front of the house with no problem. We would recommend The Mote in Port Isaac and the pub in Port Gaverne, both had good food. Polzeath was a short drive away for body boarding or surfing. Getting the ferry from Rock to Padstow was another great trip and very easy. We all loved our stay here and genuinely didn’t want to go home! We would definitely book this again for any big family holidays. ...
