This was a perfect spot for three families to have a holiday get together. Firstly the beach was in walking distance down a grassy path, a downhill lane and steps onto the beach. The outside space was charming with gorgeous natural planting and plenty of shade, we enjoyed the outside table for evening dinners and watching the beautiful sunset. The interior was bright, fresh and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped for large family cooking, although the dishwasher is half size. The bedrooms were supplied with lovely white sheets and fluffy towels and on arrival we enjoyed a Cornish cream tea provided by Classic. This a charming family home from home and we had a great time in Mawgan Porth. We recommend having a meal at the family friendly Bedruthan Hotel in the Wild Cafe. Excellent food at a reasonable price....

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at twelve steps. It was a beautiful property but no so posh and fussy that we felt on edge having our 3 year old there. We really felt at home. The travel cot needed replacing as one side kept collapsing. No fans were provided so would need to pack fans if staying in the hotter months. Beautiful location and stunning area. Short walk to the beach which was wonderful, although be aware that the walk to the beach is down quite a steep path so fine for fit people but for wheel chair users or pushchairs it's very tiring walking back up from the beach to the house. However you can of course drive down and park in the carpark which was reasonably priced. Thankyou so much for a wonderful holiday x...
