This was a perfect spot for three families to have a holiday get together. Firstly the beach was in walking distance down a grassy path, a downhill lane and steps onto the beach. The outside space was charming with gorgeous natural planting and plenty of shade, we enjoyed the outside table for evening dinners and watching the beautiful sunset. The interior was bright, fresh and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped for large family cooking, although the dishwasher is half size. The bedrooms were supplied with lovely white sheets and fluffy towels and on arrival we enjoyed a Cornish cream tea provided by Classic. This a charming family home from home and we had a great time in Mawgan Porth. We recommend having a meal at the family friendly Bedruthan Hotel in the Wild Cafe. Excellent food at a reasonable price....

We stayed at Twelve Steps from 26/4 which luckily was the heatwave week.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely, spacious, spotless clean, well equipped & had stunning views. We visited all around the area and sat in the garden in either sun or shade & the sea could be seen in the distance. We spent the later evening sitting in the upstairs lounge watching the sunset. We hope to return....
