Aveton is a wonderful farmhouse for a 3 generation family holiday, it is in a beautiful location with swifts soaring round and sparrows nesting in the eaves and pipistrelle bats flying round the patio in the evening. A deer came to visit the garden and a fox. The pool was enjoyed every day, it is all extremely well cared for. We had a supermarket delivery and we all cooked a meal, the kitchen has everything so it was very easy and relaxed to cater for 10 Many thanks for the welcome flowers and cakes, etc....

A fantastic property with beautiful surroundings, the swimming pool and gym were very well received. The games room was also excellent. Having never used an aga before the instructions left were very clear and easy to follow. The 2 living rooms were more than adequate for the 12 of us and being a multigenerational family there was always a quiet spot to be found. I would recommend this property....

What an amazing property Aveton Farmhouse is and what an amazing holiday we had. The surroundings are stunning and so peaceful and the facilities are second to none. We were a family of 8, all adults, and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. The pool, gym and games room were the icing on the cake for us. Loads to do and wonderful places to visit in the surrounding areas. We will be back!!!...

This farmhouse was perfect for our large mixed age family group from age 7 to 77! We would love to book again. Despite the weather we found plenty to do from Bantham Beach, Totnes steam railway and the otter sanctuary/butterfly farm.
