Had a wonderful few days, with a group of friends at Aveton Farmhouse, it's a very special place, in a really beautiful part of South Devon and can't wait to return. We all felt relaxed and at home from the minute we arrived. There is so much space, both inside and out, all immaculately presented. We were blessed with good weather so enjoyed the different places to sit out in the garden, to enjoy our meals and play garden games. The circular walk that leads from the house, down to the river, was a great way to start the day. The leisure facilities are exceptional and a real treat- felt like we were on a spa weekend! We also headed over to Heron Valley Orchards for a spot of lunch, highly recommended. ...

Lovely property, tranquil setting. Had everything in the house that you needed. Children loved the games room. Just wish the pool was a bit warmer as it was too cold for some of our family.

We had a lovely holiday, in this established farmhouse. The accommodation suited our family of eleven very well. Facilities were ideal for everyone (aged 4 to 66). Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.
