A fantastic holiday cottage with everything you will need. An amazing sea view from the cottage. We often sat and watched the sailing boats go across the bay. The beach is just down the hill and we visited the lovely beach café several times. The coastal path is also very close. We also visited the local Talland Bay hotel. We had a lovely holiday at Maryland and really recommend it....

Lovely property with all the comforts of home. Very clean and views are amazing. Would highly recommend. The driveway was steep getting the car in and out. Recommend good walking walking shoes when taking the costal walks.
