Very tranquil with wonderful views out to sea. The mature gardens were a nature lovers paradise. We sat and watched swifts, house-martins and swallows swooping over the garden during early evening followed by bats at dusk. Considering dogs are allowed the cottage was immaculate. Perfectly situated with the picture postcard town of Looe only a short drive away and peaceful Talland Bay a quick walk down the hill. The cottage feels very private and secluded and it’s almost impossible not to relax in this beautiful setting. ...

A fantastic holiday cottage with everything you will need. An amazing sea view from the cottage. We often sat and watched the sailing boats go across the bay. The beach is just down the hill and we visited the lovely beach café several times. The coastal path is also very close. We also visited the local Talland Bay hotel. We had a lovely holiday at Maryland and really recommend it....
