The sparkling shower room is brand new and is situated on the ground floor, set between the kitchen/dining-room and Bedroom 1.
The second sitting-room is a cosy space and home to a large collection of books, games and DVDs.

The Prince of Wales Pier can be seen to the right from the terrace. Here you can board vessels and sail to Flushing, Trelissick Gardens, the Helford river and St Mawes.

Waters Edge is the perfect place to explore the stunning maritime town of Falmouth.
Falmouth is a great base for exploring the Helford river, its just a short drive away or you can hop on board a boat at Prince of Wales Pier for a tour on the water!
The beach at Gyllyngvase is less than a mile away.
A regular ferry runs from Falmouth to lovely St Mawes, a great day out and you don't even need your car!

Lovely place right in the heart of Falmouth but still very peaceful. We had a fantastic week, which was helped by the weather being great. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the views were amazing. The only downside was parking in the garage, which was very tight. I have a Suzuki vitara and the aerial snapped when it caught on the up-and-over door. ...

Waters edge is a wonderful property with great views of the Carrick Roads from the lounge windows, you could sit there all day just watching the coming and goings of different boats and ferries. The bathrooms were very nicely refitted and the lounge on the middle floor was very comfortable with those fantastic views. Also lovely outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Very close to the high street basically 2 minutes from front door . There are some great walks from the property, along the promenade to Swanpool or other way to pendennis point. Gyllynvase beach cafe for good food and a relaxing atmosphere, and the meat counter in Falmouth if you like your burgers. We had no problem with the parking in the garage car went in ok but I did measure before hand. Really enjoyed our stay. And thank you for the fresh flowers milk and biscuits....

Waters Edge is a lovely house in a spectacular position. Lovely water view. Parking is tricky if you have a longer than average car but the owner has done his best to improve this by renting a second space. We had problems with the WiFi while we were there and we reported it to the caretaker, Sue. Sue and Mike the owner were excellent and resolved the situation for us.
