The second sitting-room is a cosy space and home to a large collection of books, games and DVDs.

Waters Edge is the perfect place to explore the stunning maritime town of Falmouth.
Falmouth is a great base for exploring the Helford river, its just a short drive away or you can hop on board a boat at Prince of Wales Pier for a tour on the water!
The beach at Gyllyngvase is less than a mile away.
A regular ferry runs from Falmouth to lovely St Mawes, a great day out and you don't even need your car!

We had a lovely holiday. The house is spotless with everything you need. It is in a perfect place. Quiet, with amazing views of the harbour and looking out across the sea yet within such a short walking distance to town with shops, restaurants, cafes, everything you could want. The parking which as mentioned in the information is difficult in the garage. Our Toyota Rav4 went in but only just and with the parking in front of the garage made getting out tricky so we just used the car parking space in town. Don't let the parking put you off, the house and its position make up for it. Fresh flowers were a lovely touch....

Wonderful location with fabulous views and easy access to the town for shops and restaurants. Convenient for the ferry services to Flushing, St. Mawes, Fal River and Helford River. Comfortable, well decorated property.
