Zip and linkEscape to this seaside sanctuary on the beautiful Rame Peninsula, a place that invites you to slow down, switch off, and truly unwind. With scenery packed coastal walks, long lazy days on fabulous beaches, and charming fishing villages to explore, it's the perfect setting to immerse yourself in coastal life. Historic houses, lush gardens, and hidden coves add to the sense of discovery, making every day feel like a new adventure by the sea.
And after a day of adventure, sink into the hot tub and relax under starry skies or head to the spa to chill out in the sauna and steam room - it's coastal relaxation at its finest. Sleeping up to four guests, and dog-friendly too, this is a haven for couples, friends, or small families wanting to slow down and reconnect. With modern, stylish interiors throughout, it's designed for comfort, calm, and spending quality time together.
Open plan living sets the tone from the moment you step inside, creating a bright, welcoming space where ocean vistas take centre stage. The keen cooks among you will love the smart, contemporary kitchen, which is perfect for preparing everything from simple suppers to show stopping feasts, served either at the sleek dining-table or al fresco in the garden.
After a day of coastal adventures, the relaxed living area is the ideal place to unwind, whether that's curled up with a good book, watching a film together, sharing stories from the day, or simply sitting back and watching the ever changing sea.
Head up the stairs and two contemporary bedrooms await. The first offering a 'zip and link' bed for complete flexibility, along with a Juliet balcony where you can throw open the doors to enjoy the sea air and those ever changing coastal views. The second bedroom sits quietly at the back of the property, offering a peaceful place to unwind - and it even treats you to dramatic sunset skies when evening rolls in.
Beyond your doorstep, the Rame Peninsula offers an abundance of things to see and do. Wander through the historic house and parkland of Mount Edgcumbe, where woodland trails, landscaped gardens, and sweeping coastal views create the perfect backdrop for a leisurely day out.
Drift through the narrow lanes of Kingsand and Cawsand, admiring their pastel cottages, sheltered bays, and welcoming pubs - two villages that feel wonderfully untouched by time.
Or follow the coast to the lively harbour town of Looe, now well known as the filming location for the TV series Beyond Paradise, where fishing boats bob in the water and the streets buzz with cafes, shops, and nostalgic seaside charm.
History lovers are spoilt for choice, with the elegant Antony House and the enchanting Port Eliot estate close by - each offering art-filled interiors, peaceful grounds, and gardens that invite slow wandering.
Throughout the peninsula, hidden coves, quiet beaches and dramatic cliff paths reward those who love to explore on foot, refuelling at the beachside tapas bar and seasonal snack hut on your return or at the village pub which is a 10 minute stroll up the hill.
And just across the water lies Plymouth, a vibrant maritime city brimming with museums, galleries, shops, restaurants, and its famous waterfront. From the historic Barbican to the modern Royal William Yard, it's a place where culture, coastal adventure, and great food come together effortlessly.
