A few gentle steps lead up from the parking-area, and then you're welcomed by a glorious open plan kitchen and dining space that is completely breathtaking and a practical space for boots and shoes. Crafted for togetherness, this space is as functional as it is beautiful. An ethereal bespoke oak-framed window by the dining-table offers an enchanting view of the rear garden area, its shape as unique as the house itself and bathed in golden light throughout the day. Overhead you will see the most beautiful timber beams and soaring apex ceiling. A handy cloakroom is discreetly positioned just off the main living area.

To your right, a door opens out to the pool terrace, where an outdoor heated swimming pool invites you to spend long summer afternoons dipping in and out of the water. There's a generous dining-table that seats ten, and a separate area where you can recline with a book or sip something chilled in the sunshine, or under a parasol. A fence safely separates the seating space from the pool, and there's an enclosed lawned area with shade, perfect for dogs.

Back inside, tucked behind the dining-room, lies what we have lovingly named the 'east wing' - a peaceful sitting-room in soothing pink hues, complete with another exquisite bespoke oak window that frames views of the rear garden which lays within a hollow that this stunning property is sheltered within. Mature trees, plants and soft foliage give texture and depth. You really feel like you are in the treetops, with a graceful willow tree at its heart that dances gently in the soft Cornish breeze.

A 'secret' door within the sitting-room leads you to the first of two staircases, one for each wing of the home. Descend here to discover the lower ground floor of the east wing, where two gorgeous bedrooms await, each with its own en suite shower-room. Between them, a charming hallway grants access to the rear garden, ideal for early morning coffee or slipping out into nature before the rest of the house awakes. There is also a warm external shower situated here for wet suits, muddy boots, or paws.

Back in the kitchen, head left and you'll find yourself in the west wing, a continuation of the home's characterful layout and clever design. The first bedroom on this side of the house is a super-king with an en suite shower-room, and French doors that open out like a balcony, letting in fresh air and abundantly evergreen views.

Another staircase leads down to two further bedrooms: the first, a joyful space in a twirly pink theme, like the inside of a sea shell, and features a stable-door to the garden and a bright en suite shower-room. The other, a spacious 'zip and link' super-king or twin, offers flexibility for families or friends and includes an en suite shower-room with a separate roll-top bath, for this reason it is usually referred to as the principal bedroom and has double doors that also open directly into the garden, creating a seamless link between inside and out.
