Zip and linkWelcome to Porthia Blue, a beautifully styled 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of stunning Carbis Bay, offering gated private parking, a sheltered decked balcony and exceptional panoramic sea views stretching across the bay to St Ives and Godrevy. Look out over the beautifully kept shared garden which you can use during your stay.
Inside the apartment has been finished to an impeccable standard. Bedroom 1 has a sumptuous king-size bed and a luxurious en suite with rain shower designed with sleek modern fittings. Bedroom 2 with high-spec 'zip and link' beds, is elegantly presented and can be arranged as a twin or super-king for flexibility. A family bathroom with additional shower over the bath, is contemporary with spa-like comfort helping you wash away the sandy day.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the true highlight, light and spacious and designed to make the most of the incredible sea views. The high end kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed coastal living while the private balcony invites you to sit back and take in the breathtaking scenery. Throw open the doors and let the salty sea air in!
Just a short walk downhill from the apartment, leads you to Carbis Bay beach with its stretch of golden sand. Walk along the coastal path to St Ives where you can wander and maybe explore the Tate Gallery, visit Leach Pottery or the galleries showcasing local art. Stop and take a moment to appreciate the light that draws so many artists to this area in one of the numerous independent cafes and restaurants. Enjoy each of the stunning beaches in St Ives itself - amongst them Porthminster, Porthgwidden or Porthmeor where you can watch the sunset. The South West Coast Path is on the way to the beach and it's a short drive to the National Trust beach at Godrevy and the vast Gwithian beach, both fantastic for surfing.
You have travelled this far and west Cornwall has so much to offer. Spend a day walking the causeway to St Michael's Mount in nearby Marazion. Carry along the coastal road and take a dip in the iconic Jubilee Pool in Penzance, immerse yourself in the saltwater pool whilst the Atlantic surrounds you. The bustling harbour of Newlyn is a little further and where you can buy the freshest of fish, caught locally, then pop back to the apartment and share your holiday memories whilst enjoying a Cornish feast!
