Upon arrival the key was not in the key safe and I had to go looking for it. I eventually got the key from someone who was in the apartment allegedly carrying out repairs. It was apparent that the apartment had not been cleaned. Julie on the help desk was lovely, she did offer to send in a cleaner on the following day but we refused as all of our belongings were in there. Most of the blinds were damaged, there were stains on carpets and the sofa, and generally it was in a bad state of repair. I wouldn’t recommend staying there until repairs have been carried out. ...
