This Studio accomodation is truly unique, if you love open plan and light it’s place for you. The position at the top of Newlyn means privacy and wonderful views. Lovely place, exactly as described. Easy access to eg Mousehole, Lamorna cove and the peninsula but NB a car is pretty essential as the studio is located up a steep hill and is a bit of a walk from the centre. Happily there is parking! The owners are lovely and very helpful...

This property is a little gem, tucked away! The stay was very relaxing and the property is very well resourced with all you need to stay at home, cook and relax if not adventuring outside. Very clean and kept to a high standard, the best I've seen!! Good for families, very safe area and quiet with ample, protected (private)parking. The owners live next door but you wouldn't realise they were there. They are very kind and helpful if you need anything as well. The studio is extremely comfortable and excellently equipped. It was very clean and tidy, pretty and full of light. Lovely and private, walking distance to the Newlyn Art School. Great local restaurants, fantastic local arthouse cinema.
