Zip and linkThe breathtaking view from this stunning beach apartment must be one of the best in Cornwall; imagine relaxing on your private balcony at the end of another wonderful day watching the setting sun go down over the Atlantic Ocean.
Floor to ceiling bi-fold doors open onto the balcony from the open plan living-room, so these wonderful views can also be enjoyed from inside whilst curled up on the comfy sofa. This exquisite boutique beach home has been furnished and equipped with great care and attention to detail, creating a stylish and comfortable space to spend time with family and friends and providing unlimited fast broadband. The open plan kitchen-area is a very sociable space which allows the chef to enjoy the view whilst preparing dinner and after a fun day on the beach, sink into your king-size bed or take a relaxing bath or power shower to wash the sea salt from your skin.
In the evening sit on the balcony or relax in the spacious, manicured communal gardens, before heading out for dinner down the road or taking the short drive to one of the many wonderful pubs and restaurants nearby.
All of these things and more make this a perfect Cornish getaway – walk the coast paths, surf the waves or simply grab a good book or two and catch up on all that reading you haven't had time to do all year, the rest is up to you.
With a mile of white sand, sheltering sand dunes and great facilities, Praa Sands is enjoyed by families having fun in the shallows and the surfers further out hoping to catch the surprisingly big waves.
With a Post Office and village shop close by, and supermarket home delivery available every day of the week, you could find everything you need right here on your doorstep.
This great location also gives you easy access to many of the sites this unspoilt and beautiful area of Cornwall has to offer, all within a thirty minute drive.
Turn right onto the main road and head towards the foodie destination and pretty fishing harbour of Porthleven with its great restaurants, pubs and cafes and then head further on to the craggy coves and unique landscape of the Lizard peninsula.
Head further west up to Marazion to visit St Michael's Mount, Mousehole and Porthcurno, or why not take the train from St Erth to the bustling seaside town of St Ives; this is a lovely journey along the coast and so much easier than trying to find a parking space!
And if you are visiting during the winter months, just to let you know that you have one of the best seats in the house to sit and storm watch the dramatic and ever-changing seas and skies in this magical place.
So why not come and stay, there is a very good chance that you will leave wanting to return to The Dream one day very soon.
