The home has private parking and is just a short stroll away from the beach, surrounded by the coastal air and with all the comforts of contemporary living.

The heart of the home is the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, a social space allowing the family to relax together. Sink into the huge sofa with a glass of wine and unwind watching a choice of channels on the Smart TV. Cook up a family feast in the thoughtfully designed kitchen with many modern features, the perfect spot to plan the menus for the week. Gather round the elegant dining area sharing a lazy breakfast. Sliding doors open onto the private enclosed garden with ample outdoor seating, ideal for warm evenings and al fresco feasts.

A large utility-room with washing machine and tumble-drier plus a handy downstairs cloakroom complete this floor.

Head upstairs to the first two of four spacious bedrooms, one a king-size and the second a 'zip and link', (you can choose the configuration, either a king-size double or small twins), filled with games and books for little ones to enjoy on their holiday. The second floor has a further two bedrooms, with beautiful, shuttered windows and views of stunning Praa Sands, the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee in bed listening to the seagulls.
