The back garden is fully enclosed by a gate at the side of the house, keeping your little ones and dogs safe.

Avon beach is a ten minute walk from Sandy Days, plenty of space for building sandcastles.

Looking across the mouth of Christchurch Harbour towards Mudeford Quay, ferry trips and adventure boat trips leave from the Quay.
The utility/games-room is not heated but provides lots of extra storage space and room for children to play. Maybe a family pool challenge?
You will find a lovely array of seaside kit for the children, great for crabbing on the quay.
You will find lines for crabbing and lots of buckets and spades for you to use at Sandy Days.

From October until the end of April dogs are allowed on the beach and in the sea!

Lymington from the old harbour, from the other side of the river you can take a day trip to the Isle of Wight, the ferry takes about 30 minutes to Yarmouth.
Lymington Old Town has historic streets that lead down to the Quayside, with cafes, restaurants and pubs where you can watch the world go by.
New Forest National Park, just a short drive away, looks wonderful all year round, acres of ancient woodland, and miles of footpaths and cycle tracks invite you to explore.
New Forest ponies roam free, along with cattle and pigs.
The Sandbanks ferry travels on chains across the strong tides at the entrance to Poole Harbour, linking Poole with the Isle of Purbeck.
Further afield, Studland beach, safe and sandy. In the distance Old Harry Rocks, the beginning of the Jurassic Coast.

Sandy Days is located in a GR8 central location. ;-) Well kitted out, Very clean, well furnished, lovely private rear garden, ample parking for 2 cars. Added bonus of the side games room. Dog was welcomed. ( woof woof 5 stars) We all enjoyed our short mid October holiday there and would highly recommend this property. Nearby "Boat House" is a fab eating house. JUST AS IS SAID ON THE TIN. "HAPPY DAYS AT SANDY DAYS"...

This is a wonderful property Very comfortable, practical, well furnished and welcoming particularly if you have children or a dog with you. It is very spacious with plenty of storage space. The location is fantastic, very close to Medford Quay and Avon Beach we would have liked to stay longer to explore more of the surrounding area as Im sure there is a lot to see and do...

Great location, easy walking distance to Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. Must take ferry across bay and visit the sandbank for relaxing walks along the beach. Sandy Days is one of the best equipped cottages that we've stayed in, nicely decorated and clean. Was lovely to have the use of all beach and crabbing equipment, ie bucket and spades, crabbing lines and buckets, snorkelling stuff etc, saves a lot of room when packing to go away not to have to bring all the children's bulky toys! We may very well be back now we know where this gem of a cottage is!...
