Avon beach is a ten minute walk from Sandy Days, plenty of space for building sandcastles.

Looking across the mouth of Christchurch Harbour towards Mudeford Quay, ferry trips and adventure boat trips leave from the Quay.
The utility/games-room is not heated but provides lots of extra storage space and room for children to play. Maybe a family pool challenge?
You will find a lovely array of seaside kit for the children, great for crabbing on the quay.
You will find lines for crabbing and lots of buckets and spades for you to use at Sandy Days.

Lymington from the old harbour, from the other side of the river you can take a day trip to the Isle of Wight, the ferry takes about 30 minutes to Yarmouth.
Lymington Old Town has historic streets that lead down to the Quayside, with cafes, restaurants and pubs where you can watch the world go by.
New Forest National Park, just a short drive away, looks wonderful all year round, acres of ancient woodland, and miles of footpaths and cycle tracks invite you to explore.
New Forest ponies roam free, along with cattle and pigs.
The Sandbanks ferry travels on chains across the strong tides at the entrance to Poole Harbour, linking Poole with the Isle of Purbeck.
Further afield, Studland beach, safe and sandy. In the distance Old Harry Rocks, the beginning of the Jurassic Coast.

Great property very nice quiet area close to a pub and fish and chip shop. Beautiful area too. It was the second time we have stayed there and we really enjoyed it. It's bright and airey and very comfortable. We've already booked for next year.

We would highly recommend this location for a short break

Lovely bungalow , well equipped great parking , and location is excellent close to Quay and beautiful beaches. Lots of places to visit nearby and good cafes and restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Loved this property and we are booked for December 2023. Smashing property in a fabulous area.

Sandy Days is a lovely place for a family getaway, the location to the beach was within 10 minutes walk. The property was fresh and clean and had all the extras needed for a great holiday. Would definitely look to stay here again.
