This is our second stay at this property and it does not disappoint. It is a home from home, with lots of little extras to ensure that you don't have unnecessary visits to the shops. It's biggest asset for me is that it is on the seafront. Perfect!

My family and I are looking at next years too come back to this property.

Beautifully positioned and equipped double glazed house with the beach across the road. Garden and lawn well kept with comfortable table and six sturdy chairs. Kitchen lacks no equipment or utensils including good quality matching china, and ample saucepans etc. Dining room with large table and chairs for six. Sitting room has 2 three seat sofas and 2 fully upholstered armchairs + foot-rest. Good supply of childrens’ books and games as also for adults. Bedrooms have plenty of storage with comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows Double bedroom upstairs with views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Bathroom with shower over the bath and WC upstairs, Shower room and separate WC downstairs. Parking for one car on the premises.

East Gull Sands is set in a brilliant location along the Duver Road with the added bonus of off road parking. It has a charm all of its own in its "quirky" layout & I would definitely recommend it & look forward to returning as many times as I am able.

The rooms are large & airy & the cottage has everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Excellent location close to village, beach and nature reserve. Great property for multi-generation stays. Our second visit, and we would happily stay there again.

A lovely house with a fabulous location. We spent a happy week with here with our 2 children. Good base for exploring the island. A good choice of places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The location is just fab & the cottage & garden are lovely with the added benefit of off street parking as well.

It is a well equipped & comfortable cottage & I loved staying at East Gull Sands.

It is such a shame that the owners have decided not to let the cottage again as I would rebook every holiday there. I can only hope they change their minds!

Everything about the house was excellent. All furnishings and equipment were of very good quality, tasteful and homey. We were particularly comfortable and happy whilst there.

Nice period property, great views of the beach, centrally located property to a get from place to place, around the island.

Good location, clean and tidy but a bit dated. Would book again. Really need to take your own pillows as the house pillows were very poor.

A lovely cottage, albeit a little quirky which is not a criticism at all. Brilliant location with a fab view from upstairs.

May not be ideal for the elderly or disabled due to the steps between some rooms but once you remember that they are there it's all good.

I am already looking forward to going back in the summer of 2021.

Very comfortable property, well equipped, comfortable and great location in the summer months. The owner appears to be very caring about the property and about the tenants.

Looking forward to staying there again

Lovely old building, tastefully extended, comfortable, welcoming and very well furnished. Perfect location between sea and nature reserve (apart from neighbours' parking spaces at end of garden) - the road in front is mostly quiet and the off-street parking is convenient. Layout is well-considered apart from almost invisible steps between levels. The cottage could be made entirely accessible with a little bit of work, but that's not the market it's aimed at, obviously, and I was able to get about on crutches without a very great deal of trouble, apart from the rather tight toilet. (Upstairs facilities are glamorous but angle between bath and sloping wall is a bit treacherous, I gather.) All in all we spent a very pleasant week and I'd love to return.

East Gull cottage very good and we had a lovely week there views were stunning with some lovely walks. The community shop in the village was very useful and only a short distance away.

We loved the cottage ,it had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, tv and comfortable seating. Very clean . We loved the location , opposite the beach, also short drive into Ryde. There isn't much in Seaview , but we liked the fact it was quiet. We would hope to stay there again.

A quirky cottage that is full of charm and well equipped.

I contacted both the local and Cornwall office and was dealt with by friendly, efficient and professional staff, booking both the cottage and the ferries was simple.

Keep up the good work

A great holiday cottage on a prime seafront site

Excellent position with good eating places nearby and great walking right from the door. Light and spacious cottage with lots of room downstairs for a family to spread out.
