This two-up and two-down holiday home boasts light, spacious rooms. The kitchen/dining room, with a handy utility area and walk-in larder, is the perfect spot for family meals, as well as a place to spread out and plan daily excursions. The south-facing sitting-room benefits from comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace.
On the first floor you will find two lovely bedrooms, a double and a twin room. Both feature large traditional sash windows that make the sleeping quarters particularly bright and breezy. The light family bathroom with sea views across to Portsmouth, is equipped with a shower over a large bath. The small courtyard to the rear of the property benefits from an outdoor shower, perfect for washing away the sand after a delightful day at the beach.
At Yardley you are in the very heart of Seaview; indeed everything the village has to offer is just moments away. The seafront, where you will enjoy swimming, sailing and sunbathing, is around the corner from the cottage and the well-stocked community shop just a few doors down.
