Cancellation policy
Our booking cancellation terms are as follows:
- A booking can only be cancelled prior to the holiday start date.
- You must notify Classic Cottages in writing. Please refer to our "Cancellation Notice" in the booking conditions to find out more.
- The amount charged is dependent on the number of days before the holiday start date. The amount payable is set out below:
- Number of days before the start date:
01 - 13 days: 100% (of the rental fees charged)
14 - 27 days: 75%
28 - 55 days: 60%
56 days or more: Deposit
We do recommend our guests take out cancellation insurance for their booking or choose our Flexible Booking option, allowing you to cancel up to 10am on the day of your arrival.
