Reservations, booking & paying

Reservations

This is where it all starts! So we've done our best to make it as simple as possible.

 

Find your perfect cottage using our Search Cottages page, select your preferred dates and follow the simple steps online to reserve your chosen property. If you’d like to speak to a member of our team we’d be more than happy to help and place a reservation for you. Simply call us on 01326 555555. We will always confirm your reservation with you and hold it for 24 hours. If your selected dates are less than four weeks away, we will ask you to confirm this as a booking as soon as we receive your reservation request.

Advance Reservations

To make sure that you have first refusal on your favourite cottage for next year's holiday you can place an Advance Reservation for your chosen dates.

 

You’ll find the Advance Reservation button below the availability calendar for each of our properties.

 

Once we know whether your chosen dates are available and how much your holiday will cost, we will contact you with details on how to confirm your holiday. In general, this happens during July in the year prior to your holiday.

 

There's no obligation though. If you've changed your mind just tell us, and we'll free up your dates for someone else instead. If your dates aren’t available, we’ll do our best to find alternate dates or another property that may be suitable.

 

Please note that due to the popularity of this offer you can only have one Advance Reservation at a time.

Booking

Book your cottage either online or over the phone. All the details will be provided when we confirm your reservation but you can pay either by debit or credit card.

You can pay over the phone with a debit or credit card, or send us a cheque made payable to Classic Cottages Limited.

Monthly Payment Plan

Once you've paid your deposit, you will have the option to pay off the remainder of your holiday in monthly instalments.

To set this up, simply log into your account, select the date of the month you’d like your payment to automatically be taken and submit. The monthly payment plan is available for any holiday further than five months away, with the final payment being taken eight weeks before the holiday start date. The remaining balance, post deposit payment, must be more than £200 for the monthly payment plan to apply. Flexible Booking Option

We are pleased to offer Classic Cottages guests our Flexible Booking option. This add-on allows you to cancel your booking and receive a refund up to 10am on the day of check-in – giving you peace of mind if you need to change your holiday plans. If you’ve chosen this option at the time of booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, excluding the Cancel Anytime fee and the Booking fee.
