This characterful gem makes the perfect hideaway for a couple, friends and small families looking to relax on the Norfolk coast in the charming village of Snettisham.

Believed to be one of the oldest cottages in the village, Fisherman's Cottage still retains many of its period features and has been lovingly cared for to provide a homely feel throughout. The welcoming sitting-room is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day exploring. The kitchen has all you need to rustle up some holiday favourites which can be enjoyed in the cosy dining-room.

The family bathroom is located on the ground floor. There is an original Norfolk Winder staircase that leads to two comfortable bedrooms - a single with a handy trundle which leads through to a very spacious super-king double, making this a flexible space for parties of up to two adults and two children.

Outside the terraced cottage you can enjoy a private paved courtyard garden with table, chairs and barbecue for al fresco dining.

One of the lovely things about this cottage is its convenient location. The village of Snettisham has two pubs, both that serve food, an award-winning coffee shop, bakery, pharmacy and Co-op all within a short walk. One of the pubs sits next door so perfect if you fancy popping over for your favourite tipple or a meal if cooking is off the agenda.

Snettisham is a walker's paradise with access to miles of footpaths including the Peddars Way, with the nearby coast offering the most stunning sunsets. Take a visit to RSPB Snettisham and walk beside the Wash with lagoons, mudflats and saltmarsh which attract a variety of birds and other wildlife species.

Visit the town of Hunstanton with its wide sandy beach, iconic red and white cliffs, promenade, Sea Life Centre, and fairground rides. Or wander to Old Hunstanton for its dunes and colourful beach huts. A short drive will take you to Snettisham Park Farm, Norfolk Lavender, Houghton Hall and the Royal Sandringham Estate with its magnificent house, woodlands, and stunning gardens.
