For a day trip why not visit Tenby or Saundersfoot in the south of the county. Children love Folly Farm, Manor Park, Heatherton, or jumping for joy at indoor Hangar 5 trampolines in Haverfordwest.
Stroll to the local pub, The Ship Aground, or choose one of the many other good eateries in the area. Take fish and chips at Sailors' Safety on nearby Pwllgaelod beach or at The Shed in Porthgain.
