Come and create cherished holiday memories with family and friends at this stunning barn conversion. Tucked away along a quiet country lane, it is ideally located within easy reach of Cornwall's beautiful south coast, where golden beaches, charming waterside villages and breathtaking clifftop walks are walking to be discovered.

With beautifully chosen furnishings, stylish decor and all the comforts you could wish for, plus a few thoughtful extras along the way, everything has been designed to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. There's oodles of space both inside and out, a sunny terrace with a bubbling hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a day out exploring, and a brilliant games-room complete with pool and table-tennis, where huge bi-fold doors spill out into the garden. Add in the fabulous outdoor kitchen and long, lazy days, relaxed evenings and celebrating time together are a shoo-in.

Step inside and a wonderful welcome awaits. The semi-open plan living area sits on the first floor where the toasty wood-burner casts a warm glow on chillier days. It's a space designed for gathering, to enjoy celebratory meals around the dining-table, all conjured up in the super stylish kitchen.

After dinner, the games-room beckons, where you can challenge each other to pool and table-tennis. Large bi-fold doors open straight out to the garden, extending the living space outdoors. Step through and the magic continues.

You'll find a sunny terrace surrounded by a large lawn perfect for garden games, dining in the fresh Cornish air or simply soaking up the rays. The outdoor kitchen is the ultimate in al fresco living, inviting you to make the most of the great outdoors and of course the bubbling hot tub offers relaxation and time for star gazing at the end of the day.

Bedtime beckons and the four bedrooms sit on the ground floor, two of them are luxurious super-king rooms with their own en suite shower-rooms, and the other two offer flexibility with 'zip and link' beds, ideal for families or friends travelling together. These rooms share a gorgeous family bathroom with a stunning corner bath and separate shower, the perfect place to unwind after a day on the coast. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV, so guests can snuggle under the covers with a film or catch up on the morning news before the day begins.

The countryside setting belies just how well connected you are here. The Bowjy sits less than a mile from the A38, making it an ideal base for exploring far and wide. The village of Menheniot is close by, where you can pick up daily provisions from the friendly village shop or enjoy a warm welcome at the local pub.

When in Cornwall, a day at the seaside is a must, and with Seaton, Talland, Looe and Whitsand Bay all just a short drive away, you'll be spoilt for choice. For ramblers, the coastal path boasts spectacular views at every turn, while the wild, open landscape of Bodmin Moor offers a complete change of scenery.

Adventure seekers can head to Looe for shark fishing trips, while history lovers will enjoy exploring the ancient smugglers' haunts of Polperro. The pretty twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand border the magnificent Mount Edgcumbe estate, with its Tudor house, formal gardens, woodland walks and much more, making it a wonderful day out for all ages. For more historic grandeur, Lanhydrock and Port Eliot never disappoint. Cyclists are well catered for too, with Lanhydrock's network of trails to discover and further adventures waiting in Cardinham Woods.

If maritime history floats your boat, cross the Tamar to the city of Plymouth, where you can wander the historic Barbican, stroll across Plymouth Hoe, explore the cool waterside vibe of Royal William Yard, or perhaps even take in a show at the theatre.
