Seamlessly blending open plan living with thoughtfully curated spaces, at its centre, The Rathgowry boasts a modern, streamline kitchen with doors opening out to the patio and garden. This spacious kitchen is extremely well-equipped for your every need including a dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, air-fryer and an integrated fridge/freezer as well as a useful second fridge in the large utility-room. Savour unhurried mornings with your friends and family around the large dining-table or perhaps on a winter’s evening, light the wood-burner and gather around with delicious local produce and enjoy some special time together. Three further bedrooms are found on the first floor, along with the family shower-room. With a stunning bay window and a glimpse of the sea, bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and is decorated in warm calming tones for a peaceful slumber. The annexe, just across the patio from the kitchen, offers accommodation for two more guests, perfect for members of your party wanting a bit of privacy. This space offers a charming sitting/dining-room where you can have a moment to enjoy a calm morning coffee or reflect on the day’s activities. The small galley kitchen has a two-ring hob and microwave, ideal for preparing a light breakfast or an afternoon snack. The bedroom overlooks the sheltered lawned garden and has a cosy double bed, there is of course, a great shower-room too.
