This charming barn conversion offers a wonderfully relaxing escape for couples or small families looking to slow down and embrace the Cornish pace of life.

Step inside and you'll find a light-filled open plan living space; you are greeted by vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and huge bi-fold doors which overlook the decking, garden and the open fields beyond, a great space to relax in and enjoy your holiday. The colourful kitchen is well-equipped for preparing relaxed breakfasts or hearty suppers, while the dining-table provides the perfect spot to gather and plan the next day's adventures. The cosy sitting-area invites you to sink into the sofa after a day exploring, with a favourite film or a good book, perhaps with a cream tea to indulge in. On warmer days, large bi-fold doors open wide onto the garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

There are two thoughtfully styled bedrooms, at separate ends of the building, each with its own en suite for added privacy and comfort. The principal bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a fabulous en suite with WC, free-standing bath and walk-in shower - ideal for a long soak or a refreshing shower after days in the surf. The second bedroom, which is only suitable for children, offers bunk-beds and its own en suite shower-room. A separate utility-room with a washing machine makes longer stays easy and practical.

Outside, the south-facing garden is a true delight; a decked area has everything you might need if you fancy just making the most of this super holiday home and enjoying the tranquility. Kick back and relax on the sun-lounger, lay on the picnic blanket on the grass with a good book or sit around the table for sunny brunches. The thoughtful owners have provided yoga mats too, so you can practice your sun salutations to ensure a good week's weather for your stay. The lawned garden offers space to unwind, surrounded by tranquil countryside views - a peaceful haven at any time of day.

The friendly owners live on site but every aspect has been arranged to keep both properties private.
