Upstairs, the open plan living space is full of charm and character. High beamed ceilings soar above with floating chandeliers. Exposed brickwork and an eclectic mix of artwork curated from the owners' travels, bring colour and personality to the surroundings. Rustic wooden floorboards throughout and a state-of-the-art range dominates the kitchen which is perfectly equipped for all levels of culinary expertise. Sit back and relax in this generous space, vintage choice pieces of furniture, comfy sofas and a sweet balcony which offers the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine at the end of your day.
On the ground floor you will find a serene king-size bedroom which is bathed in natural light from the bank of windows that invite the outside in. A second double room has a modern set of Velux windows, allowing the sea air to flow through. A family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea, completes this floor.
Dogs are warmly welcome here and Penzance is a wonderfully walkable town with plenty of pet friendly spots. Take a stroll along the famous promenade, where you can enjoy sweeping views across Mount's Bay to the majestic St Michael's Mount in Marazion.
