Close to Colwell Bay and a short walk to the beach, stay in comfort, relax in beautiful surroundings and enjoy time in your private hot tub.
From the private parking space, enter through the gate and along the garden path to the front door. Step inside to find stylish open plan living with every comfort you could need at the end of a busy day exploring or a day relaxing on the nearby sandy beach. Pour yourself a cuppa and spend quality time catching up with your loved ones sitting on the comfy sofa or outside in the enclosed garden space. On warmer evenings open up the doors and bring the outside in, what a wonderful spot to plan your next days island adventure.
From the hallway you will find the stunning double bedroom complete with TV; cosy up with breakfast in bed and lie in, that is one of the joys of being on holiday! The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is great for children but also comfortable for the adults in the party. With the shower-room just across the hall, you have everything you need close by.
It is a short walk to the beach, a secure gate leads to a path, which will take you down to Colwell Bay with its sandy shores, you can hire a paddleboard and take to the water or for those less adventurous pack a book and find a spot to kick back and relax. Here in the busier months of the year you will find the popular restaurant, The Hut, be sure to book ahead!
The property sits on the edge of a small luxury holiday park, but unlike some with bars and games rooms, at this location the only facilty is the indoor swimming pool and this is available for your use. (open from February through to December, Monday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm (opening times are subject to change). There is a small fee of £2.50 per person per day and a maximum of 20 people in the pool at one time. The neighbouring cottage, Driftwood (5613) is also available and takes dogs.
For those history buffs there are castles galore across the Island, Carisbrooke and Yarmouth to name just a couple. Away from the beach, Blackgang Chine or the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary make a fabulous day out for families or step back in time and hop on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway.
