Heavenly Driftwood Cottage offers luxurious accommodation in a pretty hamlet, just a mile from the historic city of St Davids, with views across the rolling countryside towards the dramatic Pembrokeshire coastline, spectacular beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

The exceptional spacious, open plan design, with calming natural elements colour scheme, offers the ideal space for get togethers throughout the year. Soak up the characterful ambience in this beautiful beach house, a stunningly converted Listed building, once the former chapel. Traditional materials including natural stone have been used on the interior walls. Tastefully incorporated into the ground floor accommodation is a well-equipped kitchen for the holiday chef to enjoy, with Smeg fridge, microwave, cream range-style cooker with electric oven and attractive free-standing kitchen units. Please note when planning that the induction hob has two rings. Whilst the chef is in their element trying new recipes, they can join in with the laughter across the room, as the rest of the party relax on the stylish sofas together, planning the holiday excursions or on chillier evenings enjoying the blissful warmth of the wood-burner. Gather around the dining-table for leisurely holiday breakfasts after a day in the fresh Pembrokeshire air. On sunny mornings take your breakfast, coffees and croissants al fresco on the deck, the perfect spot to star gaze on warm summer nights. The perfect ending to a perfect Pembrokeshire day.

When it's time for bed, climb the stairs to the enchanting first floor, where the mezzanine glass and oak balcony leads to the beautifully furnished mezzanine en suite king room. Gaze out across the magical views towards the breathtaking coast. A good night's sleep is promised here as all the beds enjoy sumptuous mattresses with luxurious deep feather and down duvets. Take a bubble bath in the en suite bathroom. The second stylish bedroom accommodates a king-size bed and full-size twin beds, and benefits from a shower-room next door.

With so much to see and do in the local area, there is bound to be something for everyone. Try coasteering with TYF at Abereiddy, swim in the turquoise waters of the deep natural Blue Lagoon there, paddleboarding, kayaking and for surfer's nearby Whitesands and Newgale beaches are a dream. The cottage is surrounded by nearby glorious sandy beaches, where children will love playing in the golden sand and splashing in the surf. Try eating Bugs at the local famous Bug Cafe, featured on TV, or take an unforgettable boat trip to spot the local sea life, including pods of dolphins.

St Davids with its mystical, vibrant vibe is just a mile away and a visit to the majestic cathedral is a must. Take lunch in the cafe there or in one of the many good local eateries. The Shed, in nearby Porthgain, serves the best fish and chips. Try St Davids Kitchen for a good steak and Sunday roast. St Davids has a well-stocked supermarket, CK's, which sells all sorts and has a good bakery and butcher's section, as well as beach ware and logs for the wood-burner.

Explore the pretty local coastal villages such as Solva, Trefin, Newgale and Porthgain and just along the coast are Little Haven and Broad Haven, and to the north Cwn yr Eglws and Newport. For fun family trips, Folly Farm is a great day out as is Oakwood Theme Park, Hangar 5 for trampolining fun or on rainy days try the Palace cinema in Haverfordwest or Theatre Gwaun in Fishguard. There are castles to discover in Pembroke and Carew. To the south of the county, colourful Tenby awaits, a bustling seaside town, with recommended eateries and a choice of spectacular beaches.

The spellbinding location of Driftwood Cottage in the heart of the magnificent St Davids peninsula, combined with such great attention to detail throughout, promises the best Pembrokeshire holiday regardless of the season.
