Step inside into a light and bright living space, with stylish furnishings and delightful seaside touches. The sitting-area has comfy sofas and a pebble-effect electric stove making this an ideal holiday location throughout the year. A Smart TV will provide all the entertainment you'll need after a busy beach day following dinner around the table. French doors lead out from here onto the wonderful balcony where you can sit from dawn until dusk and enjoy watching the tide ebb and flow on Summers beach, the boats bobbing on the water in the harbour along with and the ever-changing colours of the sea and skies.
The kitchen has all the equipment you'll need to cook up breakfast, lunch, or a delicious feast for four in the very sociable open plan kitchen, including the all-important Nespresso machine, and the local shops will have all the provisions you need. The two bedrooms are decorated in cool, relaxing shades with lovely linens for a great night's sleep. The main bedroom has a super-king bed with en suite shower-room and the nautical theme twin room is next to the family bathroom. This bedroom has a 'zip and link' bed so choose from a king-size double or two small single beds (suitable for children). So whether a family, a couple or friends, this fabulous apartment near the blue Cornish sea, could be your perfect holiday destination.
St Mawes is a fabulous place for a holiday, whether you are looking for easy access to miles of stunning coastal walks with your dog, paddle boarding and kayaking from the harbourside or just sitting and drinking in the fabulous sea vistas. Beach lovers should head to the sheltered waters of Summers Beach, perfect for families and just a hop, skip and a jump away. History buffs should wander up to St Mawes Castle, constructed by Henry VIII between 1540 and 1542 and beautifully preserved with views over the Carrick Roads and beyond.
Foodies will be spoilt for choice here as there's a great choice of places to eat from fine dining to fish and chips in the paper sitting on the harbour wall or for the cooks amongst you pick up some freshly caught fish from the stand in the harbour and rustle up a special meal in. The passenger ferry leaves from the harbourside here taking travellers over the waters to the maritime town of Falmouth where you will find an eclectic assortment of shops, three stunning beaches and a maritime museum which is well worth a look.
If you decide to travel further afield the mighty biomes of the Eden Project make for an interesting day out, or perhaps The Lost Gardens of Heligan, lost in time since WWI, discovered 30 years ago and now restored to their former glory.

Please note there are four steps down from the road to the property. Be advised, Bohella Road is very narrow and not suitable for cars; guests will need to briefly unload on Commercial Road and walk along Bohella Road to the property or alternatively, unload on Kings Road and walk up approximately 22 steps.
