Perfectly situated in the much sought-after village of Seaview on the Isle of Wight, 18 Seaview Bay is a charming, sunny apartment found in a small development close to the village centre and just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach of Seagrove Bay and the delightful Sandy Cove. Seaview is a wonderful base for your holiday and with several eateries and a fabulous community shop selling local produce you will find all you need quite literally on your doorstep here.

18 Seaview Bay is a bijou second floor apartment accessed via a short flight of steps and has its own allocated parking space nearby. The flat is situated in a peaceful location and is moments away from the seafront. Step over the threshold and the open plan living space welcomes you with nautical themed furnishings giving a nod to this fabulous seaside location. There is a television, WiFi and a small selection of books in the living-room. The kitchen has all you need to cook a holiday feast and with an abundance of farm shops around the island you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding what to cook. A balcony leads off the living area, the perfect spot for morning coffee with a sea view or perhaps an evening aperitif! The double bedroom also has sea views from the Juliet balcony and gorgeous linens for a great night's sleep. The shower-room is the perfect place for a refreshing shower after a day of island adventures.

Whether you are looking for some peace and solitude or a romantic getaway for two, 18 Seaview Bay is a lovely apartment for an island escape.

Seaview is a wonderful place for a holiday with a great choice of picturesque beaches, Solent views and a good selection of places to dine. Lily's Cafe serves breakfast and lunch alongside freshly brewed coffee and fresh pastries which you can take-away and enjoy sitting on the beach. The Seaview Hotel has a great bar for a relaxing drink or bar meal and a restaurant serving fresh island produce in a more formal setting. For sea views, try The Old Fort, a quirky restaurant with a great menu and outside seating for al fresco dining. The local community shop has quite literally everything you will need with a great selection of produce from local suppliers including dairy, meat, fruit and vegetables.

Being so close to the local amenities you may never need to take your car out, but if you do decide to go exploring nowhere is far away on the island. Perhaps a visit to the iconic Needles is on the cards, where you can travel to the beach by chairlift (not for the faint hearted) and take a speed boat for a close-up view. Or maybe Osborne House, once the holiday home of Queen Victoria where you can explore the extensive gardens, private beach and regal house, all with stunning sea views. 18 Seaview Bay is a great base for your island holiday adventures.
