With the peaceful market town of Kingsbridge only a short car journey away and plenty of stunning beaches and coves to explore, Fairfield is the ideal place to enjoy a family trip to the seaside.

Action and adventure are only around the corner from Fairfield, however relaxing and rejuvenating in the comfort of this superbly comfortable house is also a real pleasure. Whether it's whipping up a feast in the large kitchen, enjoying a bubble bath in the glorious roll-top bath or enjoying a good book in the sun in the comfort of your private patio area, this house is fully equipped to make your holiday one to remember. The sitting-room offers such a comfy place to cuddle up and relax in after a full day of adventure with an inviting L shaped sofa and a fantastic Smart TV.

You'll also find three delightful bedrooms on the ground floor, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The main bedroom is home to an indulgent king-size bed and links to a beautifully finished en suite complete with a luxurious roll-top bath which offers the ideal place to soak the day away. Next door you'll find a fabulous twin room great for both adults and children whilst the single room is lovely and cosy.

Outdoor there are plenty of brilliant places to relax and enjoy the fresh Devonshire air. Your fully enclosed patio area offers a great spot to enjoy a glass of something tasty and a spot of Devon sun. There is also a brilliant outdoor dining-table, perfect for al fresco dining in the warm summer evenings.

Venturing out is a must with Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth all close by. Try your hand at paddle boarding on the Kingsbridge Estuary before settling down and enjoying a waterside pint at the brilliant Crabshell Inn. Head over to Slapton Ley where you will find the stunning South West Coast Path to Start Point, where the National Trust has marked several footpaths full of breathtaking views.

When it comes to beaches, you really are spoilt for choice, as you have your pick of some of south Devon's best beaches; from the action packed Blackpool Sands, historically renowned Slapton Sands which is famous for its role in the Allied preparations for the D-Day landings, to the glorious sandy beaches of Bigbury, Thurlestone and Salcombe, all just a short drive away. Whether you are seeking water sports and action, or a lazy day relaxing, there's something for everyone. Bigbury-on-Sea is itself one of the jewels in the South Hams' crown. Taking a trip over to Burgh Island is a must, especially if you leave it until the tide is in, as the sea-tractor ferry service is a fabulous adventure.
