A very spacious bungalow well positioned for visiting South Devon.

Lovely, spacious, well equipped cottage. Rooms are large and comfortable, and was easily big enough for my husband, my Mum, and our two kids (16 and 14). The garden can only be accessed via the front door, across the car-park area at the front of the building, so I would not have been comfortable with small children, because they would always need to be supervised to access the garden.

The property was large and spacious, with comfortable furnishings and good quality bedding. It was generous of the owners to provide washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc, as this enabled us to relax rather than rushing to the shops as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We spent a lovely week in the cottage and were able to make the most of visiting the many local attractions.

The cottage was ideal with its three aspect lounge and spacious kitchen. The bedrooms were modern, and very restful. It is a very quiet location so sleep comes easily after a full day. Both bathrooms were lovely and, overall, the decor and furnishings are to a high standard. We even spent a little time reading in the back garden using the chairs and table there. Had we been staying longer we would have eaten there. A very light and friendly cottage which met all of our needs. Fabulous

The location of this property was perfect for exploring all the area. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our family of 5.

Fairfield is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. It is a really beautiful property, clean and well equipped. It has great decor and is really comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is stunning. A real home from home. It is also extremely well located to explore the surrounding area. Blackpool sands is an amazing beach and we also visited nearby Torcross and Slapton Sands. Also well situated to travel slightly further afield to places like Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The village shop is very handy and there is a pub within walking distance too.

One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. Top quality kitchen equipment and everything was there for a relaxed home from home experience. We loved the garden and location was great for exploring the beautiful area.

Superb location for beaches, walks & near Kingsbridge, Salcombe & Dartmouth. Very good village shop & pub. One of our best self-catering for cleanliness and equipment. A previous review says no views but quite a few windows look out to trees and countryside.

Good cottage, no rural views

Very enjoyable short break at Fairfield, very comfortable with easy access from road. Good position for coast. Local pub serves excellent evening meal.

Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Good location for visiting Torcross, Slapton Sands and Prawle Point.
