With over two miles of sandy beach virtually on your doorstep, Exmouth has so much to offer when it comes to your holiday.

Sandbanks is a traditional semi-detached home, tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. The dining-room is the ideal place to gather everyone for a family meal to chat about the day ahead, or perhaps a board game to keep the younger members of the family happy! The dining-room also has the benefit of additional comfy seating, a great place to do some holiday reading. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a holiday meal, but of course being so close to the eateries of Exmouth, you may choose to treat yourselves to a meal out instead.

Climb the stairs to the first floor, in the sitting-room you can sink into the super comfy chaise sofa after a day out exploring. The patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony, allowing the fresh sea air in. There is a bedroom on this floor which can be made up as a king or twin beds for flexibility, as well as a shower-room.

On the second floor is the family bathroom, bedroom two with a king-size bed, sitting-area with views from the Juliet balcony to the sea and a TV (perfect if everyone has a different TV favourite to watch), and bedroom three with a double bed where you are assured a great night's sleep.

Sandbanks is in a great location and whilst there is no outside space, the Juliet balconies let the outside in and the seafront is just a stone's throw away.

Exmouth is a popular coastal town, not only for its many attractions but also for its easy access to the many splendours of the east Devon coast. The iconic Jurassic Coast is a short car journey away, famed for its dramatic cliffs and fossils. Regency Sidmouth is a fabulous town with beautiful seafront, magnificent red cliffs and a great selection of eclectic shops, cafes and inns. Don't forget to see the famous Jacobs Ladder whilst you are there.

The Cathedral City of Exeter should be on your 'to do' list, where you can explore 2,000 years of history, with Roman walls, underground passages, and the historic quayside. And the shopping is pretty good too! For the energetic amongst the group, the Exe Estuary Trail is a 26 mile flat route which links Exmouth, Exeter and Dawlish, perfect for either walkers or cyclists with some fabulous views along the way.
