Sandbanks might be the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in, and there have been loads of them over the last 20 years. Decorated and equipped to a super high standard, and everything was very clean. We were so comfortable and really able to relax. Plus the location is perfect for exploring Exmouth on foot and popping out to some really nice restaurants. We would recommend Rockfish and Olive Lounge. Nice to have bathtub option. Lounge extremely comfortable, and large dining room super useful. View from big bedroom upstairs is fabulous. Very grateful for welcome goodies of bread, marmalade, eggs, butter, and milk. Tried to enjoy lovely patio and furniture but weather wasn't great. Still had a perfect week even with dodgy weather so I think that says a lot about what a lovely place Sandbanks is. ...

Excellent accommodation. High quality furniture, fittings and equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. Great location only a few seconds walk from the front. The car parking space was a real bonus. I would highly recommend Sandbanks

We loved this property-well proportioned for 6, spotlessly clean, all fixtures and fittings new. Location was incredible, meters from the esplanade. Will definitely be looking to book this property again, as we have family in exmouth and this is so convenient to give us space, when we have get togethers....
