This was a beautifully appointed house, near the seafront. A perfect holiday in all ways. Thank you.

A beautifully decorated and well thought out property. The owners have added so many extra touches making any stay comfortable. The beds and bedding certainly aided for an extremely good night's sleep. The location means easy walking access for the beach, town and transport. The M&S foodhall closeby an added bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to use again on my next trip back to the UK. Devon was my home county. ...

Sandbanks might be the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in, and there have been loads of them over the last 20 years. Decorated and equipped to a super high standard, and everything was very clean. We were so comfortable and really able to relax. Plus the location is perfect for exploring Exmouth on foot and popping out to some really nice restaurants. We would recommend Rockfish and Olive Lounge. Nice to have bathtub option. Lounge extremely comfortable, and large dining room super useful. View from big bedroom upstairs is fabulous. Very grateful for welcome goodies of bread, marmalade, eggs, butter, and milk. Tried to enjoy lovely patio and furniture but weather wasn't great. Still had a perfect week even with dodgy weather so I think that says a lot about what a lovely place Sandbanks is. ...

Sandbanks exceeded our expectations in terms of position and the house itself, which was warm, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Communication was simple and effective. Would highly recommend.
