A top floor apartment with an external staircase, located on the water's edge, it's great for those wanting a 'bed to beach' cottage. Seagrove Bay is just around the corner and for those looking to try their hand at sailing, the village yacht club is nearby. When it's time to stop for lunch you have several options within walking distance, The Seaview Hotel or The Old Fort.
