This lovely property has a large living-room with a wood-burner and flat screen television, a well-equipped kitchen with a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine and four bedrooms with the great flexibility of 'zip and link' beds in two of the bedrooms, which you can choose to have set up as twin or super-king size beds.
Outside, the decking-area runs the full length of the house and there is a further enclosed attractively planted garden area with a lawn. The property offers parking for two cars on the driveway – such a bonus in a popular coastal village setting.
Portscatho Beach is just 300 yards away and Porthcurnick Beach is also an easy walk from the property.
There are many wonderful beaches and picturesque harbours to enjoy in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and inland the unique Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.
