Wonderful place to stay with family/friends, surrounded by beautiful countryside and with so many beaches within easy reach. Ideal for walks, going to the beach, with plenty of shops, pubs and other places to visit nearby.

We had a very enjoyable holiday at Trethevey Old Barn A lovely quiet cottage set in rural countryside off the main road down narrow country lanes. It was very comfy and plenty of room for six adults and lots of space outside where you could eat or sit with an early morning cup of tea and listen to the birds and wildlife. A very nice cream tea awaited us on arrival . The owners son was standing in for the owner who was away, and he told us some of the history of the barn and how it used to house cows and turkeys and he also showed us some original features. Plenty to visit in the area including Fowey,Looe,Falmouth and the wonderful Bodmin Railway and Bodmin Jail. ...

We had a lovely time at Trethevey Old Barn, it is perfectly situated for our family as we like the nearby beaches, the walks in the woods, places to visit, the whole area in fact, and close to the picturesque town of Fowey.
