Please note that there is no access to the first floor from the stairs in the living area. All the accommodation is on the ground floor.

Having booked through Classic Cottages before we knew that we would not be disappointed in our choice of where to stay. Pomona Annexe was really lovely and met all our needs. Situated in beautiful & quiet East Sussex countryside, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit, it made the ideal base. The location is lovely and safe for a young child, with plenty to see both on and around the property. The house is very clean and practically laid out, making it easy to spend time together in the living space, while the outdoor area is also a lovely place to relax. Even the little details have been thoughtfully considered. The beds are comfortable, and the facilities are excellent, including the kitchen, washing machine and sofa. The fireplace is beautiful too, although we decided not to use it this summer ;) The host is very welcoming and pleasant, so we felt right at home both at the property and in the surrounding area.
